Shinobi is our signature ceremonial-grade matcha, sourced from Uji, Kyoto, one of Japan’s most renowned tea regions.

Made from first-harvest leaves and crafted from a carefully selected blend of cultivars, it is vibrant in colour and exceptionally smooth, with medium umami, gentle vegetal notes, subtle nutty sweetness, mild bitterness and a creamy, rounded finish.

Shinobi is easy to enjoy every day, whether traditionally whisked as usucha or made into café-style lattes at home. Milk softens the bitterness and brings out its mellow, creamy character.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Refrigerate after opening to maintain freshness.

For best practice, use 1g per 10ml at 70-80°C.
