Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted on matcha once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or incorrect, email us at matcherie.xo@gmail.com within 48 hours with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • photos where possible

We’ll assess the issue and organise a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Change of Mind

Returns or refunds are not offered for change of mind.


Non-Food Items 

Non-consumable items may be eligible for return if:

  • the item is unused

  • in original packaging

  • and returned within 7 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
