Do you offer Perth pickup?

Pickup is available in the Perth CBD on weekdays after 6pm, or at our weekend market pop-ups.

Where are your market pop-ups?

Locations change weekly across the Perth metropolitan area. You’ll find us at Kingsway Community Markets every alternate Saturday and Vic Park Farmers Market every alternate Sunday. The latest details are shared on Instagram.

How do I arrange CBD pickup?

After placing your order, please DM us on Instagram to arrange a collection time.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free Australia-wide shipping is available on orders over $120.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location.

Where is your matcha sourced from?

Matchérie sources first harvest matcha from Uji, Kyoto - known for producing some of Japan’s most refined teas.

What does your matcha taste like?

Rich in umami with a deep, mellow character, balanced by a gentle, pleasant bitterness. Smooth and refined, with a creamy finish that works just as well on its own as it does in a latte.

How is your matcha best enjoyed?

Balanced for both traditional preparation and matcha lattes, with a profile that holds its character across different preparations.

Preperation

How do I prepare matcha?

A typical serving uses 3–4g of matcha, whisked with a 1:10 ratio of hot (not boiling) water.

Do I need a whisk (chasen)?

A chasen is recommended for the best texture, but matcha can also be mixed using a handheld frother or shaker.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

As matcha is a consumable product, returns are not accepted once delivered. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours.
